Q&A: How to handle CTM allograft with a meniscus repair

Question: One of our physicians has been using connective tissue matrix (CTM) allograft to aid in meniscus repairs and we are unsure if we can code anything additional for this. After repairing the meniscus the note states:
 
“We then placed our spinal needle directly at the level of the medial meniscus repair site. We then placed the CTM allograft matrix on the medial meniscus to help in the biological repair of this bucket handle medial meniscus.”
 
Would this be reported as 29882, 29882-22 or an unlisted code?
