Q&A: Pay attention to three points when reporting bone graft codes 20900, 20902

Question: Do you have info on billing an autogenous bone graft using a reamer irrigator aspirator? The patient had a humerus shaft non-union. Surgeon did an ORIF and obtained a bone graft from the distal femur via reamer irrigator aspirator. I can’t really find any guidance on what you should use to bill for it other than some people say to use 20902. Can you advise?
