Industry Notes: Senate Confirms New HHS Secretary

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) finally has a new leader at its helm. Now: On March 18, the Senate confirmed Xavier Becerra as the 25th HHS Secretary. The vote ran along party lines, 50 to 49 with Sen. Suzanne Collins (R) of Maine voting with the Democrats.
