Legislation: Congress Warms Up to Growing Technology in Healthcare

New legislation would greatly expand Medicare coverage of telehealth. Big changes are on the drawing board for coverage of remote, tech-savvy healthcare, aka “telehealth.” In late July, the House of Representatives introduced the Medicare Telehealth Parity Act of 2014.
