Part B Payment: Final 2014 Fee Schedule Slashes Not as Steep as Proposed

Make congressional intervention your New Year’s wish. The Final 2014 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule brings gloomy news — the conversion factor will be steeply slashed by 20.1 percent. But the Final Rule, published in the Federal Register on Dec. 10, offers a mild reprieve for physicians.
