2004 physician fee schedule speaks to PT-OT-and SLP-specific issues.  Congress stepped in to save rehab providers from the 4.5-percent reduction in Medicare reimbursement quoted in the 2004 physician Fee Schedule . Thanks to the new Medicare reform bill, rehab providers will see a 1.5-percent increase in reimbursement in both 2004 and 2005. The tricky issue of incident to billing rules, however, remains unresolved.
