Know the Potential Hardship Exemptions

If your practice is set to face an e-prescribing penalty but fits into one of the following six categories, you should log onto the internet as soon as possible to apply for one of CMS's e-prescribing payment adjustment hardship exemptions before the Nov. 1 deadline: 1. Rural Area With Lack of Access to the Internet 2. Limited Access to Pharmacies That Accepted Electronic Prescribing 3.
