Hint: CMS promises an easier process with new form. If you thought the old Medicare Enrollment Application was burdensome, you’re in for a treat. With a few minor changes, the new CMS-855I form will offer physicians and non-physician practitioners (NPPs) administrative relief, maintains CMS in a recent edition of MLN Connects.
