Plus: Medicare won't deactivate your enrollment for inactivity if you're only enrolled as an ordering/referring provider. If you were wondering whether CMS would ever issue replacement codes for the deleted orthosis HCPCS codes L3660, L3670, and L3675, worry no more. CMS announced last week that the codes will not be deleted on Dec. 31 as originally planned, and instead, the agency has reinstated both codes, as follows: L3660 -- Shoulder orthosis, figure of eight design abduction restrainer, canvas and webbing, prefabricated, includes fitting and adjustment L3670 -- Shoulder orthosis, acromio/clavicular (canvas and webbing type), prefabricated, includes fitting and adjustment...
