The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will be posting worksheets to help you keep track of the quality indicators you-re supposed to be reporting in the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI), CMS says in a new frequently asked question (FAQ) posted on its Web site.
