The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (formerly the Health Care Financing Administration or HCFA) would like to hear from practitioners and providers of Medicare services about how the agency can improve its educational outreach efforts. During the week of October 1, 2001, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Provider Education Project will mail the National Medicare Practitioner and Provider Survey to a random sample of over 9,000 Medicare practitioners and providers.
