JW modifier information update

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has provided a listing of frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding modifier JW, Drug amount discarded/not administered to any patient. This modifier would be appended to identify unused drug or biologicals from single use vials or single use packages that are appropriately discarded.
