The AHA’s Coding Clinic for HCPCS, Second Quarter 2021, discussed the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Calendar Year 2021 (CY 2021) Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment and Ambulatory Surgical Center Payment Systems (OPPS/ASCPS) final rule eliminating the Inpatient Only (IPO) list.
