Deletion of Qualifier Value for Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy
Thirty-one codes with modality qualifier value, K Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy were deleted from tables (D0Y, DBY, DDY, DFY, DGY, DMY, and DVY) in the Radiation Therapy Section. New codes were created in the Medical and Surgical Section, as described on page 53 of this issue of Coding Clinic.
