Fall 1994 pages 21-23 Clarification of Antepartum Care Codes Codes 59425 and 59426 were added to CPT 1994 to use to report antepartum care when the global codes (eg, 59400, 59510) are not reported. Global codes are reported when antepartum care, delivery and postpartum care are all provided by the same physician (solo practice) or same physician group (group practice).
