Reference is made to an examination from last year. Comment Progressive mucosal thickening is present in the maxillary, sphenoid, and frontal sinuses and most anterior and some posterior ethmoid air cells. A fluid level is now present in the left maxillary sinus. Soft-tissue attenuation material occludes the ostiomeatal units bilaterally. The spheno-ethmoidal recesses are patent.
