November 2003 page 13a CPT 2004 Update Code 90700 was revised for CPT 2004 to include an age reference within the descriptor. The revised language for 90700 was not included in CPT 2004. Code 90700 should read as follows: 90700Diphtheria, tetanus toxoids, and acellular pertussis vaccine (DTaP), for use in individuals younger than seven years, for intramuscular use Code 90656 was established for CPT 2004 to describe an influenza vaccine formulated to be preservative-free for use in individuals 3 years and older.
