October 2020 page 13 Erratum In a question under the heading, “Evaluation and Management: Emergency Department Services,” in the Frequently Asked Questions section on page 13 of the July 2020 issue of CPT® Assistant, the answer is worded in a way that indicates modifier 25 is appended to the code for control of a nosebleed (30901) rather than to the code for the associated E/M service.
