Septempber 2011 pages 3-4 Gastric and Duodenal Intubation Codes 43753 , 43754 , 43755 , 43756 , and 43757 have been added to the Surgery section of the CPT codebook in 2011 for reporting gastric and duodenal intubation, aspiration, and lavage procedures. In conjunction with the addition of these codes, several codes in the Pathology and Laboratory section were deleted, relocated, and renumbered to reflect current clinical practice.
