CPT code 90901, Biofeedback
training by any modality, identifies the use of
biofeedback procedures without the use of psychophysiological
therapy. Code 90806, Individual
psychotherapy, insight oriented, behavior modifying
and/or supportive, in an office or other outpatient
facility, approximately 45-50 minutes face-to-face
with the patient, can be reported in addition to
biofeedback training because code 90901 is not
