Computed tomography (CT) reveals marked right hydronephrosis secondary to distal right ureteral obstruction in the region of the vaginal cuff. Percutaneous nephrostomy and antegrade ureteral stent placement are desired. TECHNIQUE Moderate sedation services were provided for 45 minutes.
