Ureteral Stent Removal Clinical History The patient underwent left lower quadrant renal transplantation on 10/23/07. He now presents for removal of the indwelling ureteral stent from the renal transplant. He reported no symptoms related to the urinary tract. Patient is on oral antibiotic prophylaxis. The patient's questions were answered to his satisfaction and written consent for the procedure was obtained after full explanation of the procedure.
