Codes 33010, 33011, and 33015 were deleted, and new codes 33016, 33017, 33018, and 33019 were established. New guidelines were also added to describe appropriate reporting of pericardiocentesis and percutaneous pericardial drainage with insertion of an indwelling catheter.
