January 2022 page 15 Reporting Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services For the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) 2022 code set, two new codes have been established to report outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation without (94625) and with (94626) continuous oximetry monitoring for exercise. Prior to 2022, there were no CPT codes that described these services. An exclusionary parenthetical note has been added to restrict reporting these services in conjunction with other pulse oximetry services.
