Trabeculostomy Ab Interno: New Category III Codes For the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT ®) 2021 code set, two new Category III codes (0621T, 0622T) were established to report trabeculostomy ab interno by laser for patients with glaucoma who have been unresponsive to laser trabeculoplasty or medication.
