A 24-year-old patient had a 0.4-cm area of diseased tissue in their left ethmoid sinus excised. Using an intranasal approach, topical agents were applied to the nasal mucosa to shrink the blood vessels and local anesthesia was injected. The physician retracted the middle turbinate to expose the sinus opening, a small curette was advanced to locate the diseased ethmoid cells of the anterior sinus, and the diseased cells were removed. What would be the appropriate code to report for this scenario?
