What would be the appropriate code(s) to report limb-salvaging procedures performed for a patient with osteosarcoma if the surgeon performs a radical tumor resection, removes the native bone (proximal femur and hip), and then adds a replacement? Should these procedures be reported with or without a radical resection in addition to arthroplasty?
