A surgeon excised three distinct giant cell tumors of the tendon sheath on the right hand via an incision on the dorsal aspect of the right, small finger. Documentation confirmed a 2.5-cm tumor eroding through the central extensor mechanism on the dorsal aspect of the middle phalanx of the right, small finger; a 1.3-cm tumor eroding through the dorsal joint capsule that was intra-articular on the right, small finger; and a 1-cm mass on the radial aspect of the right, small finger at the base of the middle phalanx.
