Is it appropriate for a radiation treatment facility to report code 77014, Computed tomography guidance for placement of radiation therapy fields, in conjunction with a simulation code from the series 77280-77290 when the facility acquires CT images for treatment planning and also performs a simulation? There is no instruction in the CPT codebook to indicate these codes cannot be reported together.
