Would it be appropriate to report codes 15013 and 15014 with modifier 52 appended for the preparation of a skin cell suspension autograft (SCSA) if using a device that automates much of the preparation and obviates the need for the manual mechanical disaggregation of skin cells? However, the identification of the basic service for preparing SCSA is unchanged, and the result of the service is the SCSA.
