Is it appropriate to report a venous angioplasty (venoplasty) if a stenosis is found during a transcatheter electrophysiology procedure and the stenosis is treated due to not being able to get the catheters or devices through the vein? If the stenosis is found and treated prior to catheter manipulation, is it then appropriate to report the venoplasty?
