What is the correct code to report when performing a pterional craniotomy to repair an intradural paraclinoid aneurysm? The scalp was retracted, and the zygomatic arch and process of the frontal bone was removed to expose the dura of the skull. The dura over the sphenoid ridge was secured. With the operating microscope, a subfrontal approach to the optic nerve was performed. The posterior communicating artery and the distal portion of the aneurysm were visualized.
