How is the following interventional procedure reported? The patient is dialysis dependent, has end-stage renal disease, and has difficulty draining the peritoneal dialysis catheter. The patient presents to the facility for interventional radiology fluoroscopic guided injection and manipulation of a peritoneal dialysis catheter. Contrast material is injected into the catheter and the catheter manipulated. A guidewire with a deflector type catheter is inserted to move the distal curl of the catheter from its midline position to a new position.
