What radiology code should be used to report the following procedure? Procedure is performed under fluoroscopy. This is an AP projection only. The patient is rotated such that the image appears to be left anterior oblique. An ET tube is in place, however, the patient is spontaneously breathing. We can see significant movement of the clavicles, however, there is paralysis of both the hemidiaphragms with absolutely no movement. The right hemidiaphragm is elevated compared to the left. The cardiac silhouette appears normal. These findings are consistent with bilateral hemidiaphragm paralysis.
