Is it correct that you can only report nerves tested in a comparison nerve conduction study if you have not already reported for those nerves? SENSORY SUMMARY Bilateral median sensory to digit 1 = 2 units, 1 left, 1 right Bilateral ulnar sensory to digit 5 = 2 units, 1 left, 1 right MOTOR SUMMARY Bilateral median motor to APB = 2 units, 1 left, 1 right Bilateral ulnar motor to ADM = 2 units, 1 left, 1 right COMPARISON SUMMARY Left median sensory to digit 1/radial sensory to digit 1 comparison = 1 unit (left radial) since the left median sensory nerve is to the same digit studied in the list above. Right median sensory to digit 1/radial sensory to digit 1 comparison = 1 unit (right radial) since the right median sensory nerve is to the same digit studied in the list above. Total nerves studied = 10 nerves.
