Regarding add-on code 95885, Needle electromyography, each extremity, with related paraspinal areas, when performed, done with nerve conduction, amplitude and latency/velocity study; limited (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure), and code 95886, Needle electromyography, each extremity, with related paraspinal areas, when performed, done with nerve conduction, amplitude and latency/velocity study; complete, five or more muscles studied, innervated by three or more nerves or four or more spinal levels (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure), how do you count the muscles of the lower extremities when performing studies and recordings on each of the following muscles: right lateral gastrocnemius, right medial gastrocnemius, right anterior tibialis, right biceps femoris (long), right biceps femoris (short), right vastus medium right and vastus lateralis right, L3 paraspinal right, L4 paraspinal right, L5 paraspinal right, and sacroiliac paraspinal?
