I noticed a language change in code 90472. It once read: 90472Immunization administration (includes percutaneous, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular and jet injections and/or intranasal or oral administration); two or more single or combination vaccines/toxoidsCode 90472 now reads: 90472Immunization administration (includes percutaneous, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular and jet injections and/or intranasal or oral administration); each additional vaccine (single or combination vaccine/toxoid) (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure)Does this mean that the code can be used more than once for three or more injections?
