When providing allergy immunotherapy for stinging venoms, do you sum all the venoms together to determine which code in the 95145-95149 section is appropriate? For example, a patient received one injection for 3 stinging venoms from one vial and another injection for stinging venom from a separate vial. The clinician supervised the preparation and administration of both injections. Since 2 vials were used and 2 separate injections (or doses) were given, what code(s) may be reported?
