I reported CPT 95149, Professional services for the supervision of preparation and provision of antigens for allergen immunotherapy (specify number of doses); 5 single stinging insect venoms, with 25 units for the antigen first set of vials. Should I report the antigen with each shot or can the antigen be billed for all units at one time when we receive it.
