With regard to code 92973 (REVISED IN 2013), Percutaneous transluminal coronary thrombectomy (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure), in the instance when more than one site in the same vessel is treated with percutaneous transluminal coronary thrombectomy, is it appropriate to report for each site treated?
