When reporting code 95887, may specific thoracic paraspinal muscles be reported separately when studied on the same side and/or on the same day as a complete or limited electromyography (EMG) (95885, 95886) performed in conjunction with nerve conduction study (NCS) on the same day? If the contralateral thoracic paraspinal muscles were also tested in conjunction with the EMG, how many units of code 95887 should be reported?
