By Heather GreeneThere is such a huge hype about ICD-10 approaching, and how horrible it will be until you learn it.  I have heard comments such as, "I thought it wasn't so bad, but everyone else seemed so scared, I thought I was missing something" and "Our trainer told us they felt sorry for us because we had to do both inpatient and outpatient coding."  This is truly not the way we should be moving.So let's talk about the elephant in the room-you know, the one that is scaring everyone, the thing that no one wants...
