Ethics: The Physician in the Middle

Ethics. This one word evokes immediate emotions from physicians. Who would do something unethical? Surely no one in my group. I don't really think anyone on my hospital's medical staff would be guilty of real unethical behavior. Two problems to this initial set of feelings are present.
