HHS Modifies Rule for Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Records - HHS Issues Final Rule

On February 8, 2024, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced that it had approved the modification of rules regarding the confidentiality of patient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) records.
