ICD-10 is on its way. It may be off in the distance, a tiny speck of a locomotive's headlight for now, but ICD-10 is coming, gathering speed as it barrels toward the Oct. 1, 2015 compliance date.And you can expect a couple of ambush attempts. Most recently, U.S. Rep. Ted Poe (R-Texas) introduced legislation for a second time that would ban ICD-10 implementation.
