CPT 2026: New technology, minimally invasive procedures dominate new codes

Coders can anticipate 288 new codes added in the 2026 CPT manual, 84 deleted codes and 46 revised. Orthopedic practices can expect new codes for leg-lengthening, spinal disc repair and carpal tunnel treatment, and revised codes for percutaneous sacroiliac joint fusion.
