CPT: No 51 modifier needed on 29826

Here’s one coding rule you can cross out of your 2012 CPT manual: Go ahead and delete the parenthetical note under 29827 (arthroscopic rotator cuff repair) instructing you to append modifier 51 (multiple procedures) to 29826.
