These codes and fees are in effect from Aug. 1, 2013, through July 31, 2014. Make sure to update your superbill to capture accurate payment and avoid denials for reporting the incorrect vaccine code. And don’t forget to code administration. For Medicare, it’s G0008, with diagnosis code V04.81.
