With the pandemic still smashing Medicare providers on the daily, the feds have decided to offer a loan recoupment olive branch.
Then: Starting this past spring, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) began expanding its Accelerated and Advance Payment (AAP) program to help fiscally challenged providers deal with COVID-19-connected, cash-flow snafus.
