Aspiration of ovarian endometriomas

Patient has bilateral ovarian endometriomas. Patient presents for transvaginal aspiration of ovarian endometriomas. Under direct ultrasound visualization, a needle was passed alongside the ultrasound probe vaginally into the ovaries and the endometriomas were aspirated completely. The area was irrigated with saline until the fluid was clear. The same procedure was performed on the contralateral side.
